Water Line Installation
We are Turnkey contractors for Design, Supply, Laying, Construction, and Commissioning of water lines, harvesting lines.
We have been involved in preparation of layout plans, detailed engineering design, estimation and prequalification of contractors, supervision of construction/Laying and quality assurance certification for Water Laying of Raising Mains and Distribution Water Line Network in Residential, Commercial ,Industrial schemes.

Sewer Line Installation
Complete sewer line work, which includes design, drawings, consultancy and supervision.
Providing, lowering and laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of DWC/RCC pipes at all depths with gaskets for sewer lines as per drawing, sectional testing of the sewer pipe line etc.
Providing, fixing and constructing of pre-cast Manhole including shuttering, reinforcement steel and fixing ferro-cement footsteps complete in all respect as per specification.
Road Construction
As per Rajasthan township policy 2010, these are details of road construction work The internal roads should be minimum 9 meters wide where the length of the road is up to 100 meters and 12 meters wide where road length is more than 100 meters.
However, as for as possible no row of plots should be more than 200 mtrs in length except the sector plan / zonal plan / main arterial roads having width 18 M & above.
The technical specifications for road construction shall be as follows:

In road construction, GSB and WMM are two important layers that provide a stable and durable base for the pavement.
GSB (Granular Sub-Base)
GSB is a layer of compacted granular material, typically crushed stone or gravel, that is placed on top of the excavated subgrade. Its purpose is to:
- Provide drainage
- Reduce settlement
- Improve stability
- Distribute loads evenly
GSB is usually 100-150 mm thick and consists of a mixture of coarse and fine aggregates.
WMM (Wet Mix Macadam)
WMM is a layer of compacted mixture of aggregates, sand, and water, that is placed on top of the GSB. Its purpose is to:
- Provide additional strength and stability
- Improve drainage
- Reduce permeability
- Create a smooth surface for the next layer
WMM is usually 50-100 mm thick and consists of a mixture of aggregates, sand, and water, which is compacted using rollers.
Key differences between GSB and WMM:
- Material composition: GSB is a granular material, while WMM is a mixture of aggregates, sand, and water.
- Thickness: GSB is typically thicker than WMM.
- Purpose: GSB provides drainage and stability, while WMM provides additional strength and a smooth surface.
- Compaction: GSB is compacted using rollers, while WMM is compacted using rollers and vibration.
Bituminous Layer Details
- Thickness: Typically 25-50mm, depending on the traffic load and climate.
- Material: Asphalt concrete or bituminous macadam.
- Aggregate: Crushed stone, gravel, or sand.
- Bitumen Content: Typically 5-7% by weight of the aggregate.
- Temperature: Typically laid at a temperature of 250-300°F (120-150°C).
Overhead Water Tanks
Complete Design & Construction of INTZE or SHAFT type Over Head Service reservoirs of proper staging, as per specifications including fixing inlet; outlet; washout & overflow pipes, supply and installation of valves on inlet; outlet; washout & overflow pipes, puddle collars, duck foot bends, pipe interconnecting the incoming & out going mains with all specials; float valve with auxiliary valve, water indicator, plinth protection works, finishing, testing and commissioning complete as per the specifications. The structural design and reinforcement drawings for all structures of the Work based on investigation and tests through an approved agency.
